The BRAW guarantee

Every BRAW bag is built to survive the gate, the carousel and the years of trips after. We stand behind that with a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects, running from the day your bag arrives.

If something goes wrong with how the bag was made inside that first year, a seam that gives, a zip that fails, a fault in the fabric or the hardware, we will sort it. Email support@brawstore.com with your order number and a photo of the fault, and we will put it right with a repair or a replacement.

What it covers: manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

What it does not: ordinary wear and tear, accidental damage, damage from airline handling, and anything outside normal use.

This warranty sits on top of your legal rights. It does not replace them.
