Will it fit Ryanair's free personal item allowance?
Yes, at its base size. The Explorer 2 measures 40 x 30 x 20cm, which fits the free under-seat allowance exactly. The expansion zip opens it to 40 x 30 x 25cm. That extra 5cm of depth is larger than the free under-seat limit, so save the expanded mode for trips where you are not relying on the free personal item.
Will my laptop fit?
The padded laptop sleeve holds up to a 15in laptop, with a stop gap so it never drops to the base of the bag.
What is it made from?
The shell is 1050D Cordura, water resistant. The front facing is 900D. Zips are YKK, with separate Aquaguard water-resistant zips for weather protection. The removable ClipPod is waterproof.
How fast is delivery?
UK: free delivery, dispatched in 1 to 2 working days, usually with you in 2 to 4. We also ship worldwide: Europe 5 to 10 working days, USA and Canada 7 to 14, rest of the world 10 to 20. International shipping is calculated at checkout.
Do I pay customs or import tax outside the UK?
Usually it is handled at checkout. For most countries our checkout works out your import duty and local tax and adds it to the total, so you pay once and nothing on the doorstep. Where that is not available for your country, the courier collects duty and tax before handing the parcel over, and that part is paid by you. Prices on this page are in GBP; the checkout shows your final total in your own currency. If a parcel is refused and comes back to us, we refund the order minus shipping, duties and return costs.
What if it doesn't work out?
You have 30 days from delivery to send it back for a full refund, as long as it is unused, in its original packaging with the tags on. Email support@brawstore.com with your order number and we send the return instructions; change-of-mind return postage is on you, so use a tracked service. Faulty or wrong item? We cover the return and sort a refund, repair or replacement. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days of the bag reaching us. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Is it covered by a warranty?
Yes, a one-year guarantee against manufacturing defects: faulty zips, seams or hardware. Email support@brawstore.com with your order number and photos of the fault and we sort a repair or replacement.
What if it doesn't fit the sizer at the gate?
It is built to the 40 x 30 x 20cm free under-seat allowance that most airline sizers use, so this should not happen. If it ever does, you are still covered by our 30-day returns policy above.
